New 2020 Porsche Macan Turbo is bringing a couple of novelties. Turbo variant is new and Macan will largely benefit from it. It is a high-performance version that will offer more ground clearance and sportier design. When you compare it to the base model, Macan Turbo offers different front fascia.

2020 Macan Turbo – Exterior Redesign
The upcoming 2020 Porsche Macan Turbo has been caught on the spy shots. Compared to the base model, the Turbo version is sportier. On top of that, it offers a completely different front fascia. For the start, turn signals are sitting higher than on the base model. The radiator grille is easy to spot on the spy shots. The grille looks sharp and impressive in every possible way.
In the back, Macan Turbo will get small updates only. However, roof spoiler is all-new and dual exhaust outlets are now squared. Four-point taillights are still in the offer and are similar to the taillights on the base Macan model. Turbo version offers a couple of exclusive colors. Miami Blue, Mamba Green Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, and Crayon are available exterior paints.
Premium Interior
The cabin will look very premium. We don’t expect drastic changes from the inside. Spy shots aren’t showing any of the interior details. The 2020 Porsche Macan Turbo will get updated infotainment system and possibly a new display. If the rumors are true, a 7-inch display will be replaced for a larger unit. Porsche will install more digital functions for the 2020 model. Voice recognition and satellite navigation are offered as standard.
If the larger display arrives, A/C vents could be moved down below. The steering wheel is very sporty, just like the rest of the cabin. Sports Chrono package is recommended for various reasons. This package adds sporty features and impressive analog clock. As for safety, Macan Turbo offers plenty of driver-assistance and safety aids.
400+HP Engine
The forthcoming 2020 Porsche Macan Turbo will get the same engine as the Cayenne S model. A 2.9-liter V6 will deliver around 435 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Macan Turbo will also arrive in Europe and it will ride on a diesel powertrain. However, the diesel engine delivers 211 hp and 425 lb-ft of twist. Just like the Cayenne S, Macan Turbo will also get an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Some fans are hoping for the 6-speed manual gearbox. Macan Turbo will reach from 0 to 60 mph in less than five seconds. Just to compare, the base model needs 6.3 seconds for the same distance. Top-speed will now be rated at 155 mph.
2020 Porsche Macan Turbo Price and Release Date
If the reports are true, new 2020 Porsche Macan Turbo will arrive in the last quarter of 2019. Moreover, the same reports are suggesting the price to start at $72,000. On the other hand, the base model will cost $47,500. This high-performance compact SUV will be sold in North America too. However, fans in the United States will have to wait for the first quarter of 2020.
