Redesigned LX includes new headlights and taillights that are stretching across the whole width of the rear part.
Down below, the dual exhaust system looks brand-new and it adds a certain level of sportiness. Front fascia hosts various improvements, the new grille is surely the highlight. As for the headlights, units are looking more prominent than before. No doubts, new-gen LX will look more upright than its predecessor.
New Powertrain Option
The all-new 2021 Lexus LX will arrive with the new twin-turbo engine. It is another significant upgrade for this SUV. A new generation will ride on a larger 5.7-liter powertrain that is capable of producing 383 horsepower. This naturally-aspirated V8 engine also delivers 402 lb-ft of torque. Logically, the 5.7-liter engine powers the LX570 model.
As for the LX600 variant, a new and smaller twin-turbo V6 is the most likely outcome. After all, the 6.0-liter drivetrain is too much for this SUV. As for the twin-turbo engine, it will produce 416 hp and 442 lb-ft of twisting power. Lexus will also look to improve fuel efficiency on its next-gen vehicles.
2021 Lexus LX Arrival Date and Price
As always before, the manufacturer will release its new lineup of SUVs in September. The 2021 Lexus LX will be no different, that is for sure. The price will start at around $86,000. Next-generation Lexus LX will look to rival Infiniti QX80 and Land Rover Discovery. Moreover, all of the German SUVs are most likely competitors as well.
