The 2021 Hyundai Tucson will hit the markets with a couple of upgrades and changes. However, the biggest news will be the iconic “N” version. Yes, Hyundai is working on the high-performance Tucson N variant. This model will arrive in 2021 and it will produce over 350 horsepower. Besides the N version, Hyundai will slightly change the base Tucson model.

Unfortunately, Tucson still does not offer dual-clutch or CVT transmission. That means the 6-speed automatic gearbox is the only option left. However, the 2021 Tucson could introduce novelties in this category. Fuel economy of the standard engine is rated at 26 mpg combined. The optional unit comes with an even better rating, 29 mpg to be precise. Some fans are still disappointed that there is no engine with more power. Hyundai Tucson N is Happening
Hyundai will finally introduce the high-performance version of the Tucson SUV. Latest reports are suggesting the return of the “N” variant. The 2021 Hyundai Tucson N will arrive with a new engine that will deliver at least 340 horses. The all-wheel-drive system would be available as standard.
Also, Tucson N will arrive with a unique suspension system and all-new brakes. Moreover, the design will be sportier and aerodynamics will be astonishing. We can expect a meaner look, especially up front. N version is currently in production and it will arrive at some point in 2021.
2021 Hyundai Tucson Price and Release Date
Speaking of price, we still need to see the price of the 2020 model. The current model starts at $23,000. That means the 2021 Hyundai Tucson will hardly cost below $25,000. Thanks to the numerous trim levels, Tucson will offer more luxurious variants that will cost up to $35,000. Tucson N will be priced at $40,000 or maybe even higher.
